Draft for review before public launch. MTE Social, a UK-based business, collects the information you provide in our enquiry form (such as name, email, business details and creative brief) to respond to enquiries and discuss potential services.

Enquiry form submissions are processed through our website hosting/form provider, Netlify. We use information to respond to your request and manage pre-contract discussions. We do not use enquiry submissions for marketing emails without an appropriate basis.

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, subject to applicable legal requirements. You can contact us at mtesocial@outlook.com about your information or privacy rights.

Before launch, we will confirm the business's legal trading details, any other processors or analytics tools used, retention periods and any cookie consent requirements.
